SSTB.ai and Digital Meld are looking for a few sharp operators to help deliver the work behind our AI and automation offerings. We are hiring for both full-time roles and internships.

What we do is not magic. Most teams can access the same models, tools, and automation platforms. How we listen, frame the work, make tradeoffs, and deliver usable results is the part that matters.

The role

AI Delivery Partner.

This is a hybrid delivery role. Some days you will be mapping a business process with a founder. Some days you will be prototyping an automation, testing prompts, or turning a rough idea into a clear client-ready plan.

The work itself is not special because the tools are no longer rare. The edge is in how we diagnose, sequence, build, teach, and hand off the work so clients can actually use it.

Internship applicants should still apply here. We care more about your judgment, curiosity, and evidence of building than whether you already have the full delivery range.

What you will do

  • Join discovery calls and listen for the real operational problem behind the first request.
  • Translate messy workflows into practical AI, automation, and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Build and test useful prototypes with LLMs, agents, workflow tools, APIs, databases, docs, and spreadsheets.
  • Write clear roadmaps, playbooks, training notes, handoff docs, and client-ready recommendations.
  • Help build community and empower people through the Start Small, Think Big. Discord.
  • Help deliver SSTB.ai offerings: Process Sprints, Automation Accelerators, and Transformation Partner work.

  • You ask better questions before reaching for tools.
  • You can explain AI to business leaders without sounding like a vendor demo.
  • You can build small, working things quickly and know when the simple solution is enough.
  • You can turn client context into structured next steps without losing the human nuance.
  • You can turn empathy into execution, keeping the people affected by the work in the center of the plan.
  • You care about adoption, handoff, and measurable outcomes after the first shiny prototype works.
